Delivery of all products is charged within UK mainland and is scheduled as shown (for all other destinations, please contact us for a quote).

Delivery of Tiles (4 to 10 sqm) : £24.99
Delivery of Tiles (10 to 20 sqm) : £54.99
For Tile Orders in excess of 20 sqm please contact us for a delivery quotation!!
We aim to deliver your goods within 14 days of receipt of payment (UK mainland). Delivery is subject to stock availability. If there is any delay in the shipping of your order you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will be given the option to cancel the order, wait until goods are available or accept an alternative. Order are shipped by courier and a signiture will be required on receiving the goods.
All products are available to buy directly using our new secure online shop. We use industry standard encryption on any transaction data, ensuring your total security. It is our policy not to hold or archive any customer's transaction data on any server outside our direct control. Your security is assured.
All transactions are processed by Streamline who is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). A streamline merchant is vetted and authorised before an account can be approved. The applicant company is physically visited and inspected by an RBS inspector to ensure they are who they say they are and are capable of deliverying the service advertised. Unlike virtual payment companies a human being physically processes your transaction,. We are held under contract by RBS to provide the maximum level of security and service possible. All these measures ensure you, the customer, the best and safest possible shopping experience.
Please ensure you order free samples before purchasing any products, as we can only refund or replace items that are faulty.
When returning goods you must first contact Mosaic Dreams sales on 023 8026 3680 or email info@mosaicdreams.co.uk. You will then be advised appropriately on the steps to take. In addition to the unwanted goods we also require all the original packaging, any protective packinging, identification tags etc, all properly packed in the manner in which it was originally packed. Therefore, to retain any original packing, care is to be exercised when originally opening any parcel from us.
Under the Distance Selling Act you have 7 days from the day after the arrival of the goods to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were dispatched (see above), complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR property until a refund is provided and if approved will be processed within 30 days of cancellation. If these conditions are not met then a refund will be refused. For wholly unwanted goods we will only refund the purchase value of the product excluding and delivery charges. On receipt of goods in an acceptable condition, Mosaic Floors will refund the original invoiced value of the goods to the purchaser minus a handling fee of £10.00.
Your are responsible for returning your goods, it is recommended you use an insured service to cover the value of your purchase. Remember you retain the title of your goods untill we have judged them as acceptable for a refund. If you live in Hampshire, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Sussex or London we may be able to inspect and if necessary collect the damaged goods and would in this case only charge you the standard delivery charge of £35.00.
Please be aware, failure to follow the above procedures may delay or void your eligibility for a refund in which case we will only issue a credit or return the goods back to you.
In the unlikely event that the wrong goods have been received, Mosaic Dreams will arrange for the wrong goods to be collected and the correct goods to be delivered as soon as possible. You have, of course, got the option to cancel the contract at this point and receive a full refund.
Mosaic Dreams warrents to the original consumer/purchase of a product that it will be free from defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase. Mosaic Dreams will directly repair or replace faulty products. Please retain your invoice which is your proof or purchase. The warrenty does not cover damages caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or negligence of the precautions; improper maintenance or installation. The warrenty is void if persons not authorised by Mosaic Dreams make repairs or damage the product during installation. During the warranty period the product will be either repaired or replaced without a charge, unless terms and conditions are not met.
